Our Delivery options are fully trackable. We'll email you a link to your tracking information once your parcel has left our warehouse.
You can also track your orders' journey by logging into 'My Account' and viewing your most recent order.If you haven't received your tracking number and if it's not available on your personnal account, email us : firstname.lastname@example.org
If you've chosen Standard shipping and you're not in when your parcel arrives, the courier may leave your parcel in your mailbox or in a safe place. If this isn’t possible, it'll be left at your local post office and they’ll leave you a note to tell you where it is or rearrange delivery.
If you made a mistake while filling in your address on our website and the carrier service can't find your address for the delivery, it will be returned to us and your order will be refunded (minus the shipping cost). We're not responsible for any items that are returned to us for an address mistake. If you want these returned to you, we may request that you cover the delivery cost.
