1. WHERE IS MY ORDER?

Once your parcel has left our warehouse, you will receive an e-mail with shipping information. If you are not there when the package is being delivered, they will try to leave your parcel in a safe place, or they may attempt to re-deliver the next working day (excludes sundays and holidays). If this isn't possible, they will leave a card explaining how to arrange re-delivery. Please note that the postal service can choose to deliver the parcel to the nearest pick-up point.

2. HOW DO I TRACK MY DELIVERY?

All you need to do is log into "your account" and select the order you want to track. You can also check in your emails, an email with the tracking number is sent as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. Please note, the delivery date mentionned in the tracking is just an estimation. Your order may arrive slightly before, or slightly after.

Make sure you keep an eye on your tracking link for the latest updates.

3. CAN I AMEND MY ORDER?

We are super quick at processing orders to make sure you get your package as soon as possible, this means we will be unable to make any changes as it is already being processed.

You can't amend your order after you clicked "confirm and pay".

After you paid you won't be able to make any changes, and your items will be sent out to you as per your order confirmation. However, you have 14 days to send back any item you are not satisfied with. Have a look at our return policy.


4. DO I HAVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL?

Once you order is confirmed, you cannot cancel it. If you are a customer in the European Union, you can use your right to cancel your contract within 14 days from when you received your order. This doesn't apply to items that have been worn or used, pierced jewellery, underwear or swimwear where the hygiene seal has been removed or any other item that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons.

To exercice the right to cancel, you must return the items to us within 14 days following the reception of your order (following our return policy).

Note that you are responsible for the return shipping cost. We'll refund the full price paid for the item. The refund will be made to you using the same method of payment as you used for the original transaction.


5. WHY HAS MY ORDER BEEN CANCELLED?

Our items sell out super quickly due to a high demand and sometimes an item you ordered can suddenly become unavailable.

These cases are rare, but if the item you ordered sells out, we will contact you as soon as possible to confirm the cancellation of your order.

If your order contains additional items, we will dispatch the rest of your order immediately and refund the out of stock item to your original payment method.


6. WILL I BE CHARGED CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES?

Customs and import duty charges do not apply to customers in the EU.

Non-EU countries may be subject to customs duties once the package reaches its destination. You will be responsible for payment of such import duties and taxes. Please note, import duties may vary from country to country.

If you have any further questions regarding import duties, please contact your local customs office for more information.


7. CAN I USE MORE THAN ONE DISCOUNT CODE ON MY ORDER?

Discount codes can't be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion or on top of any student discount you may be entitled to.


8. HOW DO I USE MY DISCOUNT CODE?

Once you've added your must-haves to your cart, you need to click "view cart" and enter your discount code into the voucher box and click "submit". You can then head over to the checkout to complete your order.

Your discount won't be added to delivery charges, sale items or exclusive collections can't be used in conjunction with any other offer.


9. WHY WON'T MY DISCOUNT CODE WORK?

Have you entered the code correctly ? Our codes are case sensitive, try copying and pasting the code into the promo code box just before checkout.

Have you checked the expiry date? Please look at the terms and conditions of the discount code to make sure this offer is still valid.


10. I HAVE SEEN A PRODUCT BUT IT'S NOT IN STOCK ANYMORE?

We completely understand how frustrating it is that the item you are obsessing over is currently out of stock. Most of the time you have to be quick to grab the pieces you love.

We often restock/stock similar styles we are sure you will fall in love with.

Payment will be charged within 24h to 48h after your confirm your payment.
