HOW TO RETURN ?

- STEP 1 : Print your invoice and circle the items you are returning. If you can't print your invoice, write on a paper these informations : Your name, order reference and items returned.
Place your return items & your invoice (or piece of paper) inside your package and reseal it, make sure it's secured.

- STEP 2 : Send your return using the delivery company of your choice to the following address :

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, make sure they're packed up properly and can't get damaged on the way! Make sure to ship your return with a tracking option. You are required to obtain a proof of postage of your return.

RETURN POLICY
  • Items have to be returned within 15 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be returned in original condition - unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached. No makeup, hair, animal hair, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains. Items ineligible to return will be shipped back to you and are subject to additional shipping costs.

  • For hygiene reasons, earrings and undergarments cannot be returned.

  • All swimwear returns must have their hygiene seal intact.

  • Shoes must have no signs of wear. Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box intact and placed inside an additional box for shipping transit.

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs. Make sure you send your package with a tracking option and obtain proof of postage.
  •  If you have paid original postage to receive your order and a return is made then this is non refundable.

PROCESSING TIME
  • It can usually take up to 15 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) for your return to be delivered back to our warehouse in France, depending on your location and which postal service you use. We process all returns within 13 days of receiving your return to our warehouse. (If you want to check if your return has been delivered to us, please follow your parcel with the tracking number that you'll find on the label used to ship your return). The delay might be longer during holiday season and black friday

  • Once your return is processed, we'll email you to let you know that your refund has been issued.

  • We'll refund you to your original payment method.There is a delay of 1 to 6 working days for the refund to appear on your bank account
