Terms of Sale

By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. 

Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.

In order to contract with OUTFITBOOK you must be over 16 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. Outfitbook retains the right to refuse any request made by you, and Outfitbook reserves the right to close your Outfitbook account at its sole discretion. If your order is accepted we will inform you by email and we will confirm the identity of the party which you have contracted with. When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. The cost of foreign products and services may fluctuate. All prices advertised are subject to such changes. Please be aware that some of the goods sold through our Websites may not be suitable for children under 18 years of age, so please take extra care when purchasing goods as gifts, for under 18’s. 


a. Our Contract

I. When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order. This email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us for the purchase of the goods will not be formed until your payment has been approved us and we have debited your credit or debit card. 


b. Product, Availability and Price.

I. Whilst we make every effort possible to show the features of the items (colors, textures etc) as close to reality as possible, the colors on some items might be slightly different due to lighting, flash etc.

We attempt to be as accurate as possible in the description of the products. However, we cannot guarantee that any descriptions are totally accurate, complete, reliable or error-free.

The images of the products on the website are for illustrative purposes only. Although we attempt to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that your computer or phone’s display of the colours accurately reflects the colour of the products.

We try to give you as much useful info as we can about all our products, including a detailed description, lots of pictures, the material, the color, how to care for your item etc (description might be in french).

II.Availability : If we discover an error of stock of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and we'll proceed to a refund of the item that we can't send you.

III.The Service may contain typographical errors or other errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to refuse to fill any orders that you may place based on information on the Service that may contain errors or inaccuracies, including, without limitation, errors, inaccuracies or out-of-date information regarding pricing, shipping, payment terms, or return policies.


c. Payment

I. You can pay with the following cards: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard and PayPal.

We do not accept cash, checks or phone orders.

Upon receiving your order and if your payment has been accepted, your card will be debited within 1 to 6 working days or immediately if you pay with PayPal.

d. Delivery

We aim to deliver your order within the number of days shown for your country in our delivery list. However, sometimes during holidays and sale periods, deliveries may take longer. If you have not received your delivery within the number of days shown for your country in the table above please contact our customer service : serviceclient@outfitbook.fr.

Please note that Saturday and Sunday are not working days.

After delivery, you are required to immediately check if your order is complete and if the goods are damaged. You must also make sure that the delivered goods correspond to your order. In the event of non-compliance of the goods with the order, or of a defective item, you must inform our customer service by e-mail at serviceclient@outfitbook.fr within 48 hours.

e. Return

Returns must be shipped within 14 days of receiving the order. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Make sure they're packed up properly and can't get damaged on the way. Make sure you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the items you are returning. You are required to obtain proof of postage with a tracking number and keep it until you receive the refund. If you don't have a proof of postage, Outfitbook cannot be held responsible in the event of a loss by the carrier service. f. Your rights

  • The right to be informed about how your personal information is being used
  • The right to access the personal information we hold about you
  • The right to request the correction of inaccurate personal information we hold about you (although you can probably do most of this through your personnal account)
  • The right to request that we delete your data, or stop processing it or collecting it, in some circumstances. You will need to contact our customer support at serviceclient@outfitbook.fr.
  • The right to stop direct marketing messages
  • Right to withdraw
