We want you to be happy with what you've ordered, if not, no problem we've made our returns process as easy as possible.
- STEP 1 : Print your invoice and circle the items you are returning. If you can't print your invoice, write on a paper these informations : Your name, order reference and items returned. Place your return items & your invoice (or paper) into the mailing bag and reseal it, make sure it's secured.
- STEP 2 : Create and print your return label here. You'll have to fill out a form, download your label and print it. This shipping method will cost you 4,50€. This fee will be deducted from your refund.
- STEP 3 : Stick your label to the outside of the mailing bag covering any previous shipping information. Then you can drop your parcel in at a pick up point near you that you can find here
If you don't want to use our return label, you can ship your return with the method of your choice, please note that you'll be responsible for the return shipping cost. Make sure to ship your return with a tracking option, you are required to obtain a proof of postage. Send your return to the following address :

You have 30 days from the date your order was delivered, or available for collection to return it.
Items must be received in original condition - unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached. No makeup, animal hair, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains. Items ineligible to return will be shipped back to you and are subject to additional shipping costs.
For hygiene reasons, earrings and undergarments cannot be returned.
All swimwear returns must have their hygiene seal intact.
Shoes must have no signs of wear. Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box intact and placed inside an additional box for shipping transit.
It can usually take up to 15 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) for your return to be delivered back to our warehouse in France, depending on your location and which postal service you use. We process all returns within 13 days of receiving your return to our warehouse. (If you want to check if your return has been delivered to us, please follow your parcel with the tracking number that you'll find on the label used to ship your return) The delay might be longer during holiday season and black friday
Once your return is processed, we'll email you to let you know that your refund has been issued.
