I already have an account and I can't access it
To access your customer account on our new site, simply reactivate your account.
To reactivate your account, click on Create an account . You can then follow the process to create an account (and not log in to your account).
Once you have completed this step, you will receive an email to
activate your account. You can then find all your order history and
place a new order.

I want to cancel my order
Once your order has been placed, it is no longer possible to modify it or change the delivery address.
What payment options do you offer?
We have several payment methods available:
- Master card / Visa / Electron / Maestro
- PayPal
- Apple Pay
- iDEAL
The item I want to order is no longer available
You can activate an alert to receive an email once the item is back in stock
How do I track the status of my order?
Once your order has been shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email to let you know. You can always access your customer account in in your Order History to have the latest updates.
How do I know which size to order?
You can find our full size guide here. If you are unsure, you can get in touch with our customer service team hello@outfitbook.fr. Remember you can always return any unwanted item within 30 days.

How do I make a return?

How long does my refund and return take?
Returns can take up to 14 days to reach us and be processed.A confirmation email will be sent to you once the refund has been made.If you have not received confirmation after 30 days, please contact customer service at hello@outfitbook.fr with proof of return and a list of returned items.
Can I exchange an item?
We do not offer exchanges.We therefore advise you to return the item that does not suit you as soon as possible and to place a new order.
