1. WHERE IS MY ORDER?
An email will be sent to you once your package has been shipped with the information needed to track its progress.
You can also contact our customer service firstname.lastname@example.org who will be able to help you.
2. WHERE CAN I FOLLOW MY ORDER?
An email will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched with the information necessary to follow your delivery.
You can also track your order by logging into your personal space. Log in then follow these steps:
Go to "my account" then "history and details of my orders" finally click on the order you want to track. Then go to the bottom of the page, you will see all the information about your order (status, tracking number, delivery address, link to track your order….

3. CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?
Once your order has been placed, we can no longer modify or cancel it.
However, you can return any unwanted item to us subject to our return conditions.
4. CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Once your order is confirmed, it can no longer be cancelled. However, you have a period of 15 days to return the item(s) that do not suit you. For reasons of hygiene, this right does not apply to articles used or already worn, swimsuits and underwear from which the hygienic protection sticker has been removed. Please consult our return conditions.
Your refund will be made to the payment method used to pay for your original purchase. Please note that the costs of returning the items are your responsibility.
5. WHY HAS MY ORDER OR AN ITEM IN MY ORDER BEEN CANCELLED?
Our items sell out very quickly and an item you have ordered may suddenly become unavailable. If this happens, please know that we will contact you as soon as possible to confirm the refund for this item.
If your order contains additional items, we will ship the rest of your order and refund you for the out-of-stock item.
6. WILL I BE CHARGED FOR CUSTOMS FEES?
If you live in the European Union, you will not have any customs fees. Outside the European Union, you may be charged fees. If you refuse delivery of your package, the delivery person will be obliged to return the package to Outfitbook and the amount of customs fees will be deducted from your refund.
7. CAN I USE MORE THAN ONE PROMO CODE TO PLACE MY ORDER?
Discount codes are not cumulative. You can only use one promo code per order.
8. HOW CAN I USE A DISCOUNT CODE?
Once you have added your items to your cart, click on "view cart" enter your discount code in the "discount voucher" box. Your discount will not be applied to delivery charges or sale items and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer.
9. HOW WILL I BE REIMBURSED IF I USE A PROMO CODE ON MY ORDER?
If you use a promotional code, your refund will be calculated based on the percentage of the code.
10. WHY IS MY DISCOUNT CODE NOT WORKING?
Did you enter the code correctly? Try to copy/paste the code in the coupon box when summarizing your basket.
Have you checked the expiration date? In order to ensure the validity of your promotional code, please consult the conditions of use of the code.
11. AN ARTICLE IS OUT OF STOCK, HOW DO I ORDER IT?
If you fell for an item that appears to be out of stock, the first thing to do is to activate the alert and keep an eye on our "back in stock" page.
We're constantly on the lookout for the latest trends and often restock the same items or similar styles that might just catch your eye too.
