This document establishes the general conditions of use of the website www.outfitbook.fr, as well as the terms of sale for all orders placed by the customer. By ordering a product, you agree to be legally bound by all the clauses and provisions of these Terms of sale. We can change these terms at any time. Please read these terms and conditions carefully and make sure you understand them. Before placing an order, you will need to confirm that you agree to our terms. By placing your order, you confirm that you agree to these terms of sale.

2.ORDER

2.1. You will be guided through the procedure to place your order. You can change your order details at any time before finalizing the purchase. Take the time to check your order details regularly and make sure they are correct before finalizing your order. Once payment is confirmed, you will no longer be able to modify your order.

2.2. All orders are subject to conditions of availability and confirmation of the order price. If there is a problem with an order, we will contact you as soon as possible. If a product is no longer available between the time you place your order and the time our warehouse processes it, then we will be forced to cancel the purchase of the concerned product. In this case, you will be informed by email and we will refund you the item.

2.3. We may perform credit inquiries to verify your identity and the personal information provided when placing your order. Our services may contact you (by phone or e-mail) to perform verifications. In order to be able to ship your order as quickly as possible, we thank you for responding to this request, otherwise the order will be cancelled.

3. PRODUCTS

3.1. We try to give you all the relevant information about our products. Although we make every effort to show all actual characteristics of the items (colours, textures, etc.), we cannot guarantee that the display on your computer or phone faithfully reflects the colour of the products and the colours of certain items may slightly be different depending on lighting, flash etc.

3.2. We try to give you all the relevant information about our products, including a detailed description, many photos, material, colour, instructions care for your item, etc..We try to be as precise as possible in the description of the products. However, we cannot guarantee that the descriptions are completely accurate, complete, reliable or error-free. Please note that images are for illustrative purposes only and may not reflect individual variations in fit.

3.3. Our website may contain typographical errors or other errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or up to date. We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to modify or update the information at any time without notice.

3.4. We reserve the right to refuse to fulfil any orders you may have place based on information on the website which may contain errors or inaccuracies, including, without limitation, errors, inaccuracies or outdated information regarding pricing, shipping, payment terms, or return policy.

3.5. All fabrics can pill regardless of fiber blend and quality, none can be guaranteed to be 100% pill-proof. Pilling does not affect the durability or functionality of the item. Because pilling is a normal occurrence within a fabric’s lifespan and therefore not considered a defect, we do not accept any claims regarding pilling.

4. PRICE AND PAYMENT

4.1.  The prices indicated on the website apply to all orders placed on the site.

4.2. All prices include VAT. Delivery costs are billed additionally and are displayed during the order finalization process.

4.3. OUTFITBOOK reserves the right to modify or update the information displayed on the website at any time and without warning, including pricing errors and descriptions that appear on the website.

You will be able to find the payment methods available for your country during the checkout process. Please note that we do not accept cash or checks. We offer our customers a simple, practical and 100% secure online payment solution.

4.5. OUTFITBOOK reserves the right to suspend any order management and any delivery in the event of refusal of authorization of payment by bank card from officially accredited organizations or in the event of non-payment. OUTFITBOOK reserves the right to refuse to make a delivery or to honor an order from a consumer who has not fully or partially paid a previous order or with whom a payment dispute is being administered.

5. USE OF PROMO CODE AND OFFERS

5.1. We occasionally have special offers and discounts relating to certain products on the website. The conditions of use relating to any special offer or promotional code will be specified when they are issued.

5.2. Promo codes have an expiry date and are only valid for the period indicated.

5.3. To apply a discount, offer to an order, you must enter the promo code before confirming the order. Unless otherwise specified, it is not possible to combine multiple discounts.

5.4. In the event of a total or partial return of the merchandise, the price of each returned item will be recalculated and refunded according to the appropriate discount percentage or amount.

5.5. Some items can be excluded from promotional offers. Black week / black friday offers are not valid on items ref 23033 and 78333.

6. DELIVERY

You will be offered several deliveries options.

6.2. Delivery charges will be applied in addition to the prices shown on the items you wish to purchase. The delivery costs differ according to the option you have chosen (delivery country and method). The delivery times indicated upon acceptance of the order are only indicative. They are in no way guaranteed and failure to deliver or ship on time does not engage the responsibility of Outfitbook, nor entail the obligation to pay any compensation or penalty for delay, nor justify the cancellation of the order.

6.3. You must provide a complete and accurate delivery address. In order to avoid any confusion, you must indicate the delivery address as well as the name of the recipient. We cannot be held responsible for a package delivered to the wrong address or to the wrong person if you have incorrectly provided your delivery details.

6.4. Delivery is made by direct delivery of the product to the consumer or by depositing the package in the letterbox, at the address indicated when placing the order online. It is up to the consumer to check the condition of the delivered product in the presence of the delivery person and, in the event of damage or missing items, to make reservations on the delivery slip or on the transport receipt, and possibly to refuse the product and notify the seller thereof.

6.5.a In the event of an unsuccessful home delivery, the package may be dropped off at a parcel shop. The consumer must collect its parcel within 10 days. After this period, the package will be returned to us and a handling charge of 4 € will be deducted from the refund. The initial delivery costs will not be refundable (see: 7.4). In the event of unsuccessful home delivery, the package may be left at a pick-point point.

6.5.b. If the consumer selects delivery to a Parcel shop or post office, he must collect his package within 10 days. After this period, the package will be returned to us and a handling charge of 4€ will be deducted from the refund. The initial delivery costs will not be refundable (see: 7.4).

6.6. Please note that in addition to the item price and delivery charges for your order, your country of residence may require you to pay customs and import charges. For more information, please contact your local customs office and inquire about applicable duties and taxes before placing your order. These taxes and customs charges are not attributable to us and we are not responsible for them. If you refuse to pay these taxes or are unable to collect your order and this one is returned to us, we will ask you to pay all costs incurred.

6.7. We do our best to ensure that delivery times are met, but there may be times when delays may occur due to factors beyond our control; for example, due to delay of postal services, weather, customs clearances, or other unforeseen circumstances.

6.8. Please note, we are unable to deliver during public holidays, Christmas or New Years. On these dates, deliveries will take longer than usual.

6.9. After delivery, you are required to immediately check whether it is complete and whether the goods are damaged. You must also make sure that the delivered goods correspond to your order. In the event of non-compliance of the goods with the order, or of a defective item, you must inform our customer service by e-mail at hello@outfitbook.fr within 48 hours. (see: 7.2.)

7. RETURN AND REFUND POLICIES

You can return any unwanted item within 15 days of receiving your order.

7.1 RETURNS

The conditions below must be respected. None of these rules affect your statutory rights.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and the original labels must not have been removed from the items.
  • The items must not have been damaged. They must not present traces of makeup, deodorant, perfume, or any other products stains, hair, animal hair, odors, etc.
  • Shoes must be tried on indoors on rugs or carpets and have no signs of wear.
  • The original shoebox must be returned and must not be used as shipping packaging.
  • For hygienic reasons, jewelry (necklaces, earrings / piercings) and underwear / swimsuits whose hygienic protection sticker has been removed or damaged cannot be refunded.
  • Only jewelry, swimsuits and underwear that have not been unsealed or tried on may be returned.

Returns that do not comply with these conditions will not be eligible for a refund: the items will be returned to you and will be subject to shipping charges. Otherwise, we reserve the right to reduce your refund to take account of the value of the return costs in question.

We do not accept returns of unwanted items after the corresponding return period above. If you still make a return, we will be forced to send it back to your default delivery address and you will have to bear the delivery costs.

You are responsible for the return (and the costs) until it reaches our warehouse. You can return the items to us by the delivery method of your choice. Depending on your country, you can choose to use our prepaid return labels, at a preferential rate.

All return requests must be made through our return portal. You will be asked to select the items you wish to return and specify the reason for the return. You will then choose your preferred refund method—either a gift card, which offers reduced return fees (for specific countries only), or a refund to the original payment method. Once the refund is processed, no changes to the refund method can be made.

Fees associated with returns : 

For the countries below we provide prepaid return labels if return a request is initiated on our return portal: 

France - Belgium: 3,95 €
Luxembourg - Spain: 4,95 €
Netherlands - Portugal: 5,99 €
Germany: 6,50 €
Austria: 6,99 €

If you return more than 6 items, an additional fee of 1€ per item will apply.

Return fees when you choose a store credit refund:

France - Belgium - Luxembourg - Spain: 1 €
Netherlands - Portugal - Germany - Austria: 3 €

Other countries: Please return via the carrier of your choice and be sure to request proof of postage.

Return costs are deducted from the refund.

If you require an additional return label, please contact our customer service. We will let you know if it's possible and inform you of any fees related to the second label.

7.2. WRONG / FAULTY ITEM

If you have received an incorrect or defective item, please contact our customer service by e-mail at hello@outfitbook.fr within 48 hours. Our team will be happy to help you arrange this. Do not forget to communicate your order number and the problem encountered, as well as photos of the item(s).

No refund will be made if you are no longer in possession of the item or if the item no longer has its original label and packaging.

7.3. REFUND

As soon as your return is received by our warehouse and processed by our teams, we will refund you. The return process may take up to 15 business days from receipt of your return at our warehouse.

Once your return has been processed, you will receive an email indicating the refund has been issued. You will then receive your refund within two (2) to five (5) working days. We will refund you the amount paid, considering the discounts applied. The refund will not include the original delivery charge you paid.

If you paid by e-credit card, as the refund cannot be made using this payment method, we will refund you in the form of a store credit to use on the website for 6 months.

If the credit/debit card you used for payment has expired or has been blocked, your refund will automatically issued as a store credit.

Requests for refunds issued as store credit cannot be modified. Once the store credit is issued and the refund is processed, it will no longer be possible to refund via the original payment method.

7.4. RETURN TO SENDER

When you choose the delivery to a parcel shop or post office (or if your package has been dropped off at a post office or pick-up point following the failure of the home delivery) you have 10 working days to collect your package.

After this period, the package will be returned to us and we will refund you to your original payment method within 15 days of receipt of the package at our warehouse. Initial delivery charges will not be refundable and a handling charge of 4€ will be deducted from the refund.

7.5. FINAL SALES

All items mentioning "final sale" can be returned within 14 days. Returns that do not comply with the return policy will not be eligible for a refund: the items will be returned to you and will be subject to shipping charges. Otherwise, we reserve the right to reduce your refund to take account of the value of the return costs in question.

8. COOLING-OFF PERIOD

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) calendar days. The withdrawal period expires fourteen days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you, takes physical possession of the last good.

In accordance with Article L. 221-28 paragraph 5 of the Consumer Code, the legal right of withdrawal is excluded in the case of sealed articles have been opened after delivery and cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons.

The exercise of the right of withdrawal is excluded for the following contracts:

  • contracts for the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.
  • contracts for the supply of goods which have been unsealed by the consumer after delivery and which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection (swimsuits, underwear, jewellery, piercings, tights, socks)

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from this by means of an unambiguous declaration (mail to the address "Outfitbook, 300 rue Eugene Guerin, 84200 Caprentras, France" / or email to hello@outfitbook.fr before the expiry of the withdrawal period, mentioning all the details of your order.

In the event of your withdrawal from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs arising from the fact that you have chosen, where applicable, a method of delivery other than standard delivery) after receipt of your package at our warehouse or until the customer has provided proof of shipment of this good, the date chosen being that of the earliest of these facts. We will refund you using the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless we expressly agree to a different method of refund. The reimbursement is free of charge for you.

The consumer must return the items to us in their original condition intact and bear the costs of returning the goods in the event of withdrawal.

Our customer service is available from Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and tries to provide you with an answer as soon as possible.

Remember to always include your order number and as much information as possible so that we can process your request as quickly as possible.

Please note that our response time may be longer during periods of high activity (end of year celebrations, sales periods, etc.)

Sales made through the site www.outfitbook.fr are subject to the conditions of the legal guarantee of conformity provided for in Articles L.217-4, L.217-5 and L.217-12 of the Consumer Code as well as the legal guarantee against hidden defects provided for in  articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code. 12.1. In case of difficulties, we invite you to contact our customer service beforehand at hello@outfitbook.fr, our team is there to help you and find a solution.

12.2. If your problem is not resolved, you can use the services of a mediator, under the Article L. 612-1 of the Consumer Code, who will attempt, with complete independence and impartiality, to bring the parties together in order to reach an amicable solution. 13. DATA PROTECTION
